Wild Turkey Videos from our Trail Cams
We are always thrilled to catch Wild Turkeys on video with our trail cams. It can be many weeks before we see a flock, but when we do, they will often hang out for a while and ham it up for the cameras!
You can find long form wild turkey videos as well as shorts on our Youtube Channel. If you turn the sound on, you’ll be able to hear the wild turkeys as they talk to each other and scratch around in the leaves.
One moment that we absolutely love is when the turkeys flap their wings and send leaves flying in the air. It’s really something to see!
Baby Wild Turkeys are called Chicks!
Baby Wild Turkeys are called chicks which might not be too surprising. However, baby domestic turkeys are often called poults instead. But, don’t worry, you can still call them chicks too if you’d like!
One of our big goals is to capture video of a group of baby chicks someday. We haven’t accomplished this yet, but when we do, we’ll be sure to update this post with a link!
